How I Can Help Adults With ADHD/ADD
Adults with ADHD/ADD often have been given medication but not the critical skills needed to be effective. I teach my clients crucial coping strategies for living with ADHD/ADD.
You would not take the shortest route from your living room to your kitchen by crawling over the couch and coffee table. Instead, you learn to recognize these obstacles and navigate around them, which really is the easiest route. Similarly, I help you identify your inner obstacles and learn to work around them. I also coach you to advocate for your needs at work, at home, and in your relationships.
When we work together you will begin by taking the Thomas Indicator Profile (TIP) assessment which helps us understand your cognitive strengths and abilities. We will then use the results to come up with one-of-a-kind, appropriate strategies that are designed specifically for you.
