My husband has ADHD/ADD...
Sometimes if I ask him for a spoon from the kitchen he’ll come back with a fork, or maybe a hairdryer. I was only diagnosed withADHD/ADDabout a year ago. Until my own diagnosis, I assumed everyone else also lived in constant mental chaos, and I focused on the only thing I knew how to do – creating coping strategies that I could use to get things done more effectively.
Time Well Saved was originally established as a business focused on Professional Organizing
What I continually heard was my clients talking about why their homes and lives had become so cluttered. I realized that the listening and counseling was what I loved most. Now, as an ADHD/ADD coach, I combine my personal experience living with ADHD/ADD, my history as a professional organizer, and my time spent volunteering as a non-judgmental listener for non-profits Shanti and Rise N’ Shine.
In my spare time, I am consumed with developing ways to simplify and enjoy everyday tasks. I take great pleasure in walking my two dogs, hiking with my husband, labeling files, alphabetizing canned goods and color coding my closet.
